PRINCEVILLE BOTANICAL GARDENS - COVID 19 UPDATE
As the world around us continues to change, we want to provide everyone an update on the garden’s operations and the 2020 Summer/Fall season.
We are excited to share our reopening plans and welcome guests back to our beautiful gardens.
Looking to the future, the safety of our guests and the Princeville Botanical Gardens employees is the top priority. We intend to take our time to reopen, and we acknowledge that we may be slower to open than others. We intend to reopen for the summer season on July 3rd, 2020.
By adapting to new ways of operating, the Garden’s experience will look and feel a bit different. We are opening with a phased approach.
The first phase is underway. We are currently offering, exclusive to our island’s Keiki, a summer educational and exploratory camp. This began on June 1st and will run through July.
We will resume the Princeville Botanical Garden and Chocolate tours on July 3rd. Booking tours will look a little different from what you have experienced in the past. Here on Kaua’i, we are limited to gatherings of no more than 10. We will start by offering PRIVATE tours only, with a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 9 guests; our guide will take the 10th slot.
Please note that the minimum spends for a private tour will be 4 adult tickets. These tours should be composed of people from the same family or traveling group. Knowing we have members of the same household or friends practicing the “double bubble”, our visitors and guide will have a safer and more enjoyable tour.
Tour Times & Availability
We will ONLY be offering our 9:30 am tours. As we achieve operational success from our initial offerings, we will focus on phasing in more tours and options as demand and safety dictate.
We look forward to the time when we will see you and your family here at Princeville Botanical Gardens enjoying the island lifestyle we all love.
