#1 Thing to Do in Princeville

See what our guests have to say about their tour experience.

“What a stunning and well kept secret on the island of Kauai… The gardens were one beautiful setting after another. We were able to see waterfalls, a bridge over a babbling brook, many different terrains and terraces and so many interesting plant species and flowers. The color, everywhere you looked, was heavenly… I would definitely make this a ‘must see’ on your trip to Kauai!” ~Betsy P.

Educational trip through paradise. This pleasant stroll through the privately owned gardens combines historical information about the botanicals of the area (both indigenous and imported) as well as an overview of the chocolate making process. The tour includes a sampling of fresh fruits and chocolates.

This place is SO beautiful. The flowers, the fruit trees, the rare plants, the gorgeous valley with a beautiful stream. The rain was a virtual torrential downpour for most of our 3 hour tour but still so worth it. Not to be missed.

Fifth trip to Kauai, but first time to the gardens. I absolutely will go again. We were actually touring for more than three hours and always seeing something new. Our guide, Laurie, was very knowledgeable and just a lovely person. Gorgeous plants and flowers and stunning views. Well worth the money!
